People of the military, the name is [Blake R] the General or Fuhrer of the military is ready to know the names and the people who will be know as the State Alchemist. Now state your name and practice.

Rules
1.You must take the exam, if you don't, you will suffer
2.No pets in the dorm unless I said so.
4.If someone says you got a promotion, don't believe them and come to me.
5.All non-State Alchemist people have to do the interview, health inspection, and the combat session.
